Privacy policy
The different modes of interaction with EFIDEM services, such as sales, technical support, or websites, allow for understanding, trying, or subscribing to the company's services. These interactions require the provision of data and enable the use of services offered by EFIDEM. In this context, certain Personal Data are entered into a database, processed, and stored according to our privacy policy. By using the websites and/or subscribing to EFIDEM services, Prospects and Clients are informed of and accept this Privacy Policy.

1. DEFINITIONS
- General Terms and Conditions of Sale The Internet user accepts these conditions when opening a free trial account and when subscribing to the Services.
- Personal Data Personal data that can directly or indirectly identify a natural person within the meaning of the regulations in force.

- DPO : Data Protection Officer
- Privacy Policy this document detailing the terms of processing Personal Data.
- Services: Describes email messaging services, emailing, postal mail, SMS, voice messages, Services described in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Client: Any natural or legal person who has subscribed to one or more of EFIDEM's paid services.
- Prospect Any natural or legal person who has opened a free trial account on at least one of the EFIDEM services.
- Recipients: Any natural or legal person who receives messages from EFIDEM Clients and Prospects.
- Websites Concerns the sites, www.efidem.com, www.efisend.com, academy.efisend.com, efisend.efidem.com, snapshoot.efidem.com
- User: any natural or legal person using the Services.
2. Data Storage:
Your Personal Data is stored at EFIDEM in several cases:
- By signing an access service Purchase Order
- By opening a free test account
- By opening a paid online account

The personal data concerned: The Personal Data collected, necessary for compliance with obligations and the execution of the contract, allow EFIDEM to communicate with its Clients or Prospects, train them in the use of the Services, and bill them. The Personal Data collected includes first name, last name, company name and address, one or more email addresses, one or more phone numbers, and the IP address for connecting to the Service. Any client or Prospect not wishing to provide this information to Efidem will not be able to use the Services.
Cookies: Certain Personal Data is collected via cookies on Efidem websites. These cookies help to improve the interactivity of the site and our services. Clients and prospects are informed that EFIDEM installs cookies on their computers and consent to this by clicking the acceptance button.
3. Processing of Personal Data
Personal Data is processed by computer, entered into a database, and stored according to our security policy.
As indicated to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Efidem commits to not using them for its own purposes, renting them out, or selling them to third parties.
Confidentiality Within the scope of the purposes set forth above, the Personal Data of Clients and Prospects may be accessed by certain employees of the company EFIDEM. This Personal Data may only be communicated to third parties in compliance with a legal obligation or at the request of a judicial or public authority.
Subcontractors In some cases, Personal Data will be communicated to EFIDEM's partners, including certain partners based outside of France or the European Union. EFIDEM takes all measures to require these partners to comply with applicable regulations and only authorizes these partners to process Personal Data on EFIDEM's instructions.
Data retention period: In accordance with legal obligations, EFIDEM retains its clients' Personal Data for the duration of the business relationship, and then for a period of 3 years from the date the business relationship ends.
As stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, EFIDEM implements the best means to preserve and archive this Personal Data under appropriate security and confidentiality conditions, in compliance with applicable provisions.
4. Customer and Prospect Rights Regarding Personal Data Provided
Anyone who has communicated Personal Data to EFIDEM has rights regarding that data:
✓ A right of access and rectification
✓ A right to erasure of data, a right to restrict processing, and a right to object to processing in cases provided for by current regulations
✓ Right to unsubscribe from mailing lists
✓ In accordance with Articles L223-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the User has the right to register on the telephone canvassing opt-out list.
✓The right to define instructions regarding the fate of one's personal data after death
✓A right to portability of the provided raw data
✓ The right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
These rights can be exercised by email to dpo@efidem.com, or by postal mail to EFIDEM SAS, 3 rue de Téhéran, 75008 Paris.
These rights must be exercised under the conditions set forth by current regulations, and any request will be fulfilled within a maximum of one month. The exercise of these rights by customers and prospects is free of charge.
Efidem reserves the right to refuse a request or to provide a quote for carrying out the request if it appears to be clearly unfounded or excessive.
